Yes, to ensure optimal performance and maintain your manufacturer warranty, we strongly recommend that all mini split systems be installed by a licensed HVAC professional.
What is the typical shipping time for a new system?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Due to the size and weight of the units, we ship via LTL freight, which typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Do these systems provide both heating and cooling?

What is your return policy for equipment?
