At Mini Split Systems Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your climate control solution. If your unit is unused and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Request Authorization
Contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for your unit.
Prepare the Shipment
Secure the mini split system in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and remote controls are included to avoid restocking fees.
Ship the Product
Arrange for freight or ground shipping using a carrier that provides tracking and insurance, as the customer is responsible for safe transit back to our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit is in new, uninstalled condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
