The ETL Listed, AHRI Certified Optima Series 27000 BTU 2 Zone Mini Split AC efficiently heats or cools areas up to 1400 sq. ft. It includes one 9,000 BTU and one 18,000 BTU indoor air handler, making it ideal for multi-room setups. This unit features a heat pump capable of operating down to -13℉ and utilizes advanced DC Inverter technology for up to 72% energy savings. Each indoor unit comes with its own remote control for independent temperature adjustments, and the system is also compatible with the DELLA app for convenient smart control.
Please Note: This multi-zone mini split system uses R454B refrigerant and is pre-charged for a length of 25 feet of each lineset.If your installation exceeds this total length, additional refrigerant is required. Please consult a licensed HVAC technician to properly add refrigerant during installation.

This unit uses R454B refrigerant. This unit comes pre-charged with R454B refrigerant for up to 24.5 feet of lineset. If your installation does not exceed this length, no additional refrigerant is needed.
Can I get longer extensions for this installation kit?
Yes, for multi-zone units, you can go back to the product options to select different lineset lengths for each indoor unit.Please note, if the extended lineset is longer than 25 feet, additional refrigerant will be required. Make sure to consult a professional HVAC technician for proper installation.
When the unit is in auto mode, what will the room's temperature be maintained at?
In auto mode, the unit automatically switches between cooling and heating to maintain the set temperature. You can adjust the target temperature manually—typically between 60°F and 86°F —depending on your comfort.
Do the condenser lines come pre-vacuumed or do they have to be vacuumed?
The mini split condenser and lines are not pre-vacuumed. You will need to vacuum the system during installation to remove air and moisture before releasing the refrigerant—this is essential for proper operation and longevity.
